- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★You haven't lived until you've seen a movie in the old time Majestic Theatre in Malanda. None of this high tech city cinema stuff here, the Majestic will transform you back to a time when life was more simple. Not that the cinema equipment is old school, it is in fact really modern with great sound as well. The building itself dates back to 1928 and has a wonderful history including entertaining troops during WWII.
